New to Medicare Consult

Turning 65 soon? Already 65 but leaving your employer health plan? If you will be new to Medicare be sure to schedule a "New to Medicare" consult 3-6 months before you will need Medicare. During your appointment you will obtain assistance signing up for Medicare, create a Medicare account, receive education on the different parts of Medicare, and review plans that meet your healthcare needs.

Medicare Special Enrollment Consult

The Medicare Annual Enrollment Period (AEP) is typically the only opportunity each year to change Medicare plans. However, there is a large list of what are called "special" enrollment periods that allow you to change your plan outside of AEP. Have you moved, lost/gained Medicaid coverage, retired, moved in/out of a nursing home, diagnosed with a chronic condition, your provider ended their contract with your plan...just to name a few. Nursing Home Care Consult

The Nursing Home Care Consult is a specialty service offered by Agent Nancy that will be hard to find elsewhere. Medicare's Skilled Nursing Coverage is minimum and does not include short-term custodial care. Agent Nancy will advise you on nursing home payment options, create a personalized plan that will prepare you for an unplanned rehab stay, and advise about estate protection opportunities. The rules are complex and can cost you tens of thousands of dollars. The right guidance is priceless!
